{"id":714,"date":"2012-02-01T20:40:52","date_gmt":"2012-02-01T18:40:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.luke3d.org\/luke3d_blog\/?p=714"},"modified":"2017-06-10T00:51:57","modified_gmt":"2017-06-09T22:51:57","slug":"controllo-impianto-accensione-elettronica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.luke3d.org\/luke3d_blog\/controllo-impianto-accensione-elettronica\/","title":{"rendered":"Controllo impianto accensione elettronica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Nel caso dei Ducati Scrambler con accensione elettronica i componenti in gioco sono:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Pickup (statore e rotore);<\/li>\n<li>Bobina AT;<\/li>\n<li>Avvolgimento sull&#8217;alternatore (piccola bobina dedicata ad alimentare l&#8217;accensione);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Il principio di funzionamento \u00e8 grosso modo questo: l&#8217;avvolgimento sull&#8217;alternatore ha il compito di alimentare direttamente la bobina AT (quella sotto il serbatoio). Proprio per questo motivo le Scrambler con accensione elettronica partono anche senza batteria. Il pickup genera un segnale che viene inviato alla bobina\u00a0che\u00a0fa scoccare la scintilla (l&#8217;ho raccontato un p\u00f2 come una favola&#8230;. \ud83d\ude42 )<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.luke3d.org\/luke3d_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/cavi.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-716 size-medium\" title=\"cavi\" src=\"http:\/\/www.luke3d.org\/luke3d_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/cavi-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.luke3d.org\/luke3d_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/cavi-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.luke3d.org\/luke3d_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/cavi-400x300.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.luke3d.org\/luke3d_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/cavi.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Vediamo prima di tutto come controllare la bobina sull&#8217;alternatore. Se fate caso dal foro sul lato sinistro del blocco motore escono due fasci di fili (cerchietto rosso in figura). Uno \u00e8 quello che dell&#8217;alternatore va nel regolatore di tensione e l&#8217;altro sono i fili che vanno dalla bobina sull&#8217;alternatore alla bobina AT (quella sotto la sella). Staccate i faston e metteteci un tester impostato su ohm, a motore freddo dovreste misurare una resistenza tra i <strong>300-400Ohm<\/strong> (io misuro a freddo <strong>360Ohm<\/strong>). A caldo \u00e8 normale che salga un p\u00f2, a me andava a circa <strong>440Ohm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Un&#8217; altra prova che potete fare \u00e8 quella di mettere il tester su volt in alternata, accendere il motore, dare &#8220;un p\u00f2&#8221; di gas e misurare la tensione, dovreste misurare circa <strong>100V<\/strong> (attenzione: questa cosa mi \u00e8 stata detta ma non l&#8217;ho mai provata; potreste avere\u00a0valori molto differenti e non per questo l&#8217;avvolgimento \u00e8 da cambiare&#8230;.).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Provare la bobina AT \u00e8 un p\u00f2 pi\u00f9 complicato in quanto\u00a0necessiterebbe\u00a0un banco di prova per bobine. Quello che potete fare \u00e8 misurare l&#8217;impedenza del secondario. <strong>A me dava circa 6KOhm <\/strong>(mentre la vecchia marcata Ducati Energia dava il valore di <strong>7KOhm<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.luke3d.org\/luke3d_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/BobinaAT_dettaglio.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-717 size-medium\" title=\"BobinaAT_dettaglio\" src=\"http:\/\/www.luke3d.org\/luke3d_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/BobinaAT_dettaglio-262x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"262\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.luke3d.org\/luke3d_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/BobinaAT_dettaglio-262x300.jpg 262w, https:\/\/www.luke3d.org\/luke3d_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/BobinaAT_dettaglio.jpg 537w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 262px) 100vw, 262px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Veniamo alla prova del pickup, che anch&#8217;essa sar\u00e0 qualitativa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.luke3d.org\/luke3d_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/Pickup.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-726 size-medium\" title=\"Pickup\" src=\"http:\/\/www.luke3d.org\/luke3d_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/Pickup-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.luke3d.org\/luke3d_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/Pickup-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.luke3d.org\/luke3d_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/Pickup-451x300.jpg 451w, https:\/\/www.luke3d.org\/luke3d_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/Pickup.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Dal pickup (o meglio\u00a0dallo\u00a0statore) escono due fili, mettete un tester impostato su ohm tra di essi. Prendete lo statore con una mano ed il rotore con l&#8217;altra; mettete il rotore dentro lo statore nella solita posizione che avete quando sono montati sulla moto. Muovete con movimenti secchi il rotore. Dovreste vedere muovere leggermente l&#8217;ago del tester. Attenzione che avete tensione solo quando la parte &#8220;aperta&#8221; (cio\u00e8 non schermata dal metallo) del rotore passa davanti all&#8217;avvolgimento dello statore&#8230; capito? \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Aggiornamento Ottobre 2012:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">L&#8217;amico Diomars (che ringrazio molto) mi ha gentilmente inviato i valori letti sul suo Scrambler :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>resistenza bobina sull&#8217;alternatore:\u00a0<strong>360 -370 Ohm<\/strong> (lettura a motore freddo);<\/li>\n<li>resistenza Pickup<strong> 2.2K Ohm<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>resistenza Bobina accensione elettronica marca Ducati <strong>7KOhm\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Aggiornamento Marzo 2013:<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">Un altro amico ha mandato i suoi dati:<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<ul>\n<li>resistenza bobina sull&#8217;alternatore:\u00a0<strong>380 Ohm<\/strong>\u00a0(non specificato se a caldo o freddo, secondo me a freddo);<\/li>\n<li>resistenza Pickup<strong>\u00a03.2K Ohm<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Ringrazio chiunque abbia\u00a0voglia\u00a0di mandarmi i valori della propria motocicletta.
