Oltretutto tutti gli ingranaggi sono su &#8220;chiavetta&#8221; e non c&#8217;\u00e8 modo di montarli male&#8230;.non \u00e8 possibile che sia saltato un dente in quanto quando i riferimenti della coppia conica superiore coincidono, coincidono anche i riferimenti di quella inferiore&#8230;.ma il pistone non \u00e8 al PMS&#8230;. insomma, rigiratela come volete, ma c&#8217;\u00e8 qualcosa che non va&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>Dopo due giorni che leggo e studio scopro (ovviamente non sui manuali, che non c&#8217;\u00e8 scritto una mazza, ma da un meccanico) che l&#8217;ingranaggio sull&#8217;albero motore che ho io \u00e8 quello di un 450. In realt\u00e0 sul 250 (ma anche sul 350) quell&#8217;ingranaggio deve avere il pallino di riferimento<strong> allineato con la chiavetta<\/strong>. Infatti, facendo due conti: il pignone ha 21 denti, 360gradi\/21=17gradi, ossia pi\u00f9 o meno quello che manca ad arrivare al PMS.<\/p>\n<p>Per fare la fasatura corretta quindi si deve considerare come se il riferimento fosse allineato alla chiavetta; il risultato \u00e8 come nella foto a fianco (supponendo pistone al PMS ed i riferimenti sulla coppia superiore allineati):<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.luke3d.org\/luke3d_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/chiavetta_2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-669 size-medium\" title=\"chiavetta_2\" src=\"http:\/\/www.luke3d.org\/luke3d_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/chiavetta_2-300x282.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"282\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.luke3d.org\/luke3d_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/chiavetta_2-300x282.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.luke3d.org\/luke3d_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/chiavetta_2-318x300.jpg 318w, https:\/\/www.luke3d.org\/luke3d_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/chiavetta_2.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Per capire se i riferimenti sono giusti o no senza stare a levare il dado che tiene l&#8217;ingranaggio sull&#8217;albero motore si pu\u00f2 osservare la posizione del riferimento rispetto alla piegatura della rondella che blocca il dado. Se \u00e8 centrata \u00e8 ok, altrimenti \u00e8 nella posizione sbagliata.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.luke3d.org\/luke3d_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/inferiore.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-670 size-medium\" title=\"inferiore\" src=\"http:\/\/www.luke3d.org\/luke3d_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/inferiore-270x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"270\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.luke3d.org\/luke3d_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/inferiore-270x300.jpg 270w, https:\/\/www.luke3d.org\/luke3d_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/inferiore.jpg 578w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 270px) 100vw, 270px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333; font-style: normal; line-height: 24px;\">\u00a0<\/span>Riassumendo, per la rifasatura si procede in questo modo: pistone al PMS in compressione, togliete l&#8217;ingranaggio incriminato, allineate i riferimenti sulla coppia superiore (che pu\u00f2 ruotare liberamente), rimettete l&#8217;ingranaggio al suo posto.
